Well, it was fun while it lasted.

My Yak didn't make it a week.

Was flying on flight number 11 yesterday and doing a vertical climb, with a negative push over the top, the plane stopped...

Well the Columbus IMAC is over.

It was two years ago this contest that my left eye hemmoraged and I was out of action that season, then my other eye last year. Was great to get back into IMAC...

Maidened my 88 today.

Brillelli 60 had some issues but I got them sorted out quickly. Was pretty hot and muggy here. Motor ran great. I have a Menz 22-10 on it now. Power is good, and I expect...

My 88 Showed up on the Door Thursday. All safe and sound.

This is my 4th EF plane and each one is better than the last! Just wanted to acknowledge a great product.

I tried a DX7 in a Kennedy Ava, which has Carbon Weave in the fuse. I could not get any good range checks at all, for what its worth.

I have not had any luck with other RXs in the Ava unless...

Worse than that unfortunatly.

I have Eales disease which is the same as diabetic retinopathy, but im not diabetic.

The left eye, hemmorages led to vitrectomy, surgery 1. Then had detached...

3 Surgeries and the eyes are doing fine for now. Thank god!

Anyhow, yea, I should be back at some Imac contests this year.

I used to have the Lanier 540 and it had a OS160 in it. I flew my first few IMAC contests with it, and it was great.

I forget what servos were in it. I sold it and moved up to larger planes.

It isn't the capacity, its the current capability, that is critical.

You cant straight compare a nimh and a Li ion based on capacity alone as the Lion will have less available max current amps. ...

IMAC rules state that the nose must drop before rotation starts. Some planes will do this on their own while others like straight wing Edges hang on forever.

use the other piece of clear ultracoat. The covering is the part that really feels like backing, but it isnt. My gaps are sealed with ultracoat clear, and no problems.

I use two of these with great success. Just remember to tape over the optical units with black tape so sunlight wont keep the switch open....

Happy ZDZ 50 rv owner and also a BME 50 owner. Both run great. The ZDZ is smoother than the BME to me, but I think the mount method has something to do with it. I wish the BME wasnt a beam mount.
