RE: any idea what heli this is?

That is a COX whirlybird. Made in the 60's and early 70's. I don't know how that free flight thing worked out. Maybe someone who owned one will chime in.

RE: What to choose???

Hi Spool:
I can recommend the Pulse series from Hangar 9. They are well built and will be aerobatic but slow down nice for landing. The fuel tank has a hatch so its easy to get to/see. The 40 and...

Hi LDM:
I have to say you've done a really nice job on those FMS planes. I, and I'm sure others, have an interest in a couple of things about the Corsair and P-40. Where in the US can thes FMS...

RE: SuperTigre S2000

Since the OS 7-D carb is no longer available new, I suggest you try the magnum 108 carburetor. It can be obtained from Hobby People. Thats what I did and it worked out for me.:D

Hi mpw
I would second the Futaba 3010 servos. They have lots of strength for sport flying and are reasonably priced for the torque they produce. I picked up a 2300 ma 4cell NMH pack for the...

RE: Great Planes PT- 17 Stearman ARF

Hi Xairflyer!
I've been looking at this PT-17 since I saw one last weekend at a flyin. I also have a ST 2500. Did you mount your ST at 90 degrees or inverted? I love the way the BIG ST sounds!

RE: Suggest a really good fun fly FOR PLAIN BEARING .40

My vote is for the tower Uproar. This thing flys really great with just a light plain bearing 40.Its small enough to put in your trunk, economical to fly and will make a better pilot of you!!

Well BlaBla I did it and it turned out pretty well. The aluminum is soft enough to drill easily and I rounded off the sharp corners with my dremel. Thanks
