LiPo battery weight comparison.

It seems logical that a 1600 MAH 2s LiPo should weigh about twice an 800. Am I close to being correct?
Also, if you know offhand what an 800 or 1600 2S weighs with an XT60, I would appreciate...

I am trying to register my newly built RC plane on FAA.gov/dronezone (I have completed the TRUST course). They want $30. Is that for real? If it is, that's outrages.
