I've noticed this evening that the SK720 can't hold the GAUI 200 tail in backwards flight. The tail gain is currently at 20% and increasing this value would cause a tail wag. I'm using a JR DS209G @...

RE: How to level the swashplate...

The swash leveler tools linked to by midntpumkin are the most practical to use. Keep in mind that leveling the swash is important throughout the pitch range. You'll find that leveling the swash at...

RE: What Radio System Is Recommended?

You may have to base your choice on your future plans and/or the features offered by each system. In my case I got fascinated with Bind-N-Fly sub-micros (helis and planes) which support DSM2. I also...

RE: Do you use a heli pad?

I'm now thinking of making one to bring at a soccer field where I fly my CP helis next time I get to fly. I got one of the tail blades of my Mini Titan chipped when it hit a small stone in the field...

RE: 12FG manual RANT

If you can get a PDF copy of the manual, it may help you better than the *hard copy*. With a PDF, you could find ALL instances of the word "flaperon" and it's going to show you every pages and lines...

RE: 12X Throttle-rattle.

Did you follow the manual to adjust the rudder tension? If so, that is what's causing the rattling sound.
The problem is... the manual incorrectly states where to find the rudder and throttle...

RE: Hirobo SRB Quark Forum: Photos Q&A

OK guys, I hope you all don't get mad at me for what I just did (a little off topic).

I love the Quark (and sure will love the upcoming SG version), but I also love my Mini Titan, GAUI 200, and...

RE: Nitro Helis Vs. Electric Helis

I've chosen to stick with electric because I like that option of hovering my heli in my backyard without making much noise that could irritate my neighbors. Also, I want to be able to fly indoors or...

RE: picked up a sim, whats next?

I've been drooling at the 500 helis as well, but I then realized this size heli won't be a good value for my money. It uses relatively more expensive batteries than a 450 but would only collect dusts...

RE: picked up a sim, whats next?

Congrats, on your new heli!
Good thing you got yourself a sim. Or your costly 500 would not last a minute on your first attempt to fly.

Be as patient as you can. Don't even try hovering your...

RE: easiest build raptor 50 titan SE or Trex 600N

As far is ease of build is concerned, I would pick the Raptor. Thunder Tiger has done excellent job in their build manuals. This is why I picked the Mini Titan over the other popular 450-size helis....
