When using even 56% solder paste you can use a regular gas torch as plumbers do when soldering copper pipes. Brass melts at a lot lower temp than copper so the solder melt temp is obviously critical....

Some 23 years ago I tested Brass caged GMN bearings provided as a sample. Those had the white ceramic (Alu oxide) balls. At the time balancing was an issue for me and they broke at about 150KRPM....

Just terrible to see...Do not under estimate the airflow around the exhaust ducts having an effect on the flaps loading. Air accelerated by the exhaust so close to flaps may cause that current draw....

Hi Gerald, if you are using Dieters 74mm wheel and NGV 250N is achievable without too much effort. Depending on your EGT tolerance 270N for short burst is also possible.
