Can't add tri stock on top. That was my first thought. The mopunting plate is the same width as the landing gear so there would be no room for the added wood. Looks to me like you would have to do...

I notice the same with my A9. Then I found out that if I was using my fingers it worked best when I used the very tip of the finger.

New Radio Arrived Today!!

I took the plunge and got myself a new 2.4 Ghz radio. I read all the reviews and threads I decided on the Hitec Aurora 9. All I can say after opening the box and putting my hands on it, WOW!....

Quick update. I hav been in contact with Rick at Fibertech N More. Lools like he may have the molds for the wheel pants. He also mentioned that he thinks he has the cowl for it as well.

Finishing resin is the way to go if you are using epoxy. I did read an article in RCM years ago about using polyurithane to glass a plane. It sounded easier and cheaper than resin. I should still...

Need more info to help. What engine? You say the throttle is working great but dont have much idle, are you saying that has you reduce the throttle the engine quits?
