I take it that a very small bead of RTV, centered, will work then. How do you ensure it doesn't get into the exhaust chamber when putting the parts together?

Thanks for the responses. Yea, I get the 'pilot person' thing. I'm a rated FAA pilot/instructor, but this helicopter and r/c stuff in general has thrown me into humility mode pretty darn quick.
