RE: PZ T-28 prop size

I've never checked motor wattage, in all honesty how do you go about doing so with the watt meter? I don't have one and I can't shell out the cash for a $60.00 meter, any recommendations for one...

PZ T-28 prop size

I've got a few APC 10X7, 9X7.5 and 9X6 props setting around, I was wondering which size would be a good match for the stock T-28 set-up? I've searched the forums but can't seem to find any answerers.

RE: Radian Modifications

I'm having trouble finding a 4mm collet, I like the simplicity of the Aeronaut upgrade, but is there another collet I could use with the new spinner, hub, and props? I did however find this on towers...

RE: Radian Modifications

Great info! Thanks! Also, do you have a radian? If so what are you using? Ahh! Just my luck! They don't have the 4mm collet in stock!!! They have a set-screw type collet in stock, would that work? I...

RE: World Models Extra 300

I really like the P-47 as well, all of their birds seem to be of good quality and workmanship. Have you seen any flaws from your P-47 build?

World Models Extra 300

Anyone have one or flown one? I've heard nothing but good things from their other model's, also the included brushless motor seems to be adequate for this model, again many others are rather pleased...

RE: E-flite P-47D Help

I was thinking that myself, seems you cant get a decent plane anymore while trying to not break the bank [&o] I'm going to mate the motor to an electrifly ss-25 ESC, think that will be sufficient for...

E-flite P-47D Help

Okay, I need some help with this one. I'm wondering what are the benefits of going to the out-runner setup versus the in-runner set-up on E-flites P-47D? Besides the obvious of no gear box/ gearing...

RE: E-Flite F-16 set-up

I've got both the T-28D and Mustang BNF, both are awesome flyers! For me, knowing PZ was coming out with the T-28 in the 1960's Air Force scheme was an absolute no-brainier being in the Air Force...

RE: E-Flite F-16 set-up

Awesome, well I did buy the Phase 3 16, I've decided I didn't want my E-flite F-16 to be the first edf in the air due to the cost involved with it. The phase 3 F-16 is extremely quick on the stock...

RE: E-Flite F-16 set-up

Indeed I see were you are coming from, searching through the forums it only makes sense that people were not switching their esc to run a 2-pole motor. That accounts for why motors were frying....

RE: E-Flite F-16 set-up

Wait I'm honestly confused, so if I'm reading this right, the EFL7075 F-16 is not the same as the ARF kit I have just bought? This kit came with a 400 series ducted fan unit with the motor mounted...

RE: E-Flite F-16 set-up

Great advice! Thank you! I also was curious about the 4000kv EDF system. I've read were people are saying their F-16 has literally burn up because the motor has caught fire? Is there some truth to...
