RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I got quite a bit of video of my Stryker lately, and thought I should share.

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I know the feeling. I take a lot of video myself, of all my hobbies, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and RC planes. Its hard to get anyone to pick up my camera to get myself on video. And you should see...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I would love to see you fly that! I live near Cleveland, and we have an informal electric flying club here that meets every Sunday morning. Or, if I am in Pennsylvania sometime, I could drop by your...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

Thanks Glacier Girl.

I finally figured out how to program all that into my transmitter. I wanted to link down elevator to the throttle for a while, but couldn't figure out how till I got a hint...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

Has anyone played around with exponential for these once you have the brushless in it?
I find its hard to get it flying straight and level at max throttle. I haven't used exponential before, but it...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

Finally got around to putting my Astroflight 020 (Zagi pusher system) in my Stryker. I put on my own rear cover, made from sheet styrene from the hobby shop. In order to shape that, I made a wooden...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

Thanks, but it was just a quick paint job.

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I just had my maiden flight yesterday, and it flew very nicely. I'm fairly eager to get a brushless into this bird.

Had anyone put a ducted fan into one of these? I have one coming in the mail,...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I decided to go with the plastic hinges. The packing tape came off too easily, taking the paint job with it. Now its done, except for the canopy and battery hatch covers and the motor mount, which...

RE: Brushless F-27 Stryker

I'm a newbie here with the Stryker. Just bought a bare fuse and some parts. I'm planning on starting with a regular 480 motor I got from another plane (which I put a brushless into), but eventually I...
