You are right ... this isn't a MAAC issue although I'm sure there is mostly Canuk traffic on this area of this site ,

I have a ZDZ 40 with a Abell inverted muffler installed on mine with hitec 5625's on all flight surfaces, as well I installed an onboard choke and it doubles as a kill switch, only needed a 12 oz...

I can endorse the 75ius as well It puts out Great Power , but this is a "Overlapping" endorsement as I bought this one from Elson who posted earlier !! I have mine mounted on a Lanier Edge 540 30%

If you keep electronic ignition parts away from radio parts and take proper care that linkages arn't metal to metal you should be ok ... I never needed pcm in 10 years of flying giants with gassers....

I did not ... I never had a tunning problem with my ZDZ80 RV.
Canada is a Big place ... and Hammond is a fairly common name... It may serve you well in the future to get the facts straight before...

I have sent the engine to RC Showcase to be evaluated for warranty repair. I'll keep you posted when I hear back from them .
