Wow ! Thats OK. I just received three new in box OS 61SF's, ringed. I am awash in engines, and the 61 SF's are my priority. You can report all you need to do.
I can send you the pictures of my recent purchase of the 61 SF's. I do not understand why you are so irritated. This price is the same I purchased it for. I am not int he hobby business. I do not see a problem. I also have it listed on e-bay, take a look. You can report it there also. :-)
