Hi,
I just sent my 9CAP to Futaba for warrantee work and i just got it back. They said they fixed bad solder joints, retuned it, and did everything else normal for a check up and said it was all okay. My question is did the bad solder joints actually cause my problem? (The problem was that Every once in a while the airplane would pitch down really sharply, and at that point i would land the plane just to make sure.) So could bad solder joints actually have been the culprit, or should i look elsewhere to find my problem. Thanks.
Adam

Hi Adam,
Interference from either inside or outside the transmitter could cause the problems that you noted. It is just too hard to say what may have been at issue in your circumstance.
I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.
Sincerely,
