Default 9ZWCII stick question...

I have had my 9Z for about 8 months now and love it. I have had one issue since it was new: The left stick will cause the throttle to close slightly when there is any pressure against the stop point(all the way back). is this normal, or was the pot not adjusted right from the factory? My 9C never did this...just wondering.

Thanks,

Mike

I had a 6XA that did this also.

Just wondering if any Futaba reps have taken a look at this thread?

Mike,

It sounds like something's loose in the stick assembly. Perhaps the pot's loose or there's a cracked component.

Thanks for the reply Bill, I have sent in my 9Z to the service center for warrantee repair to corret this problem. There is something about 'loose' and 'cracked' components that makes me nervous. I was wondering if they test the radio as standard proceedure to see if there is anything else out of whack? I would hate to have to send it in again for some other reason.

thanks again,

Mike Halder
