Go to the t1-t6 setting menu set the throttle trim ( I think it's t3 or t4 don't remember)
to 100 that will give you 4 clicks from full up to full down.

I the rate set at 100
mode says atl
and atl reverse reads normal, any idea what I am doing wrong?
Oh yeah and the t3 is flashing

No not atl there is a menu option that says" t1-t6 setting "set the throttle trim tab to 100 default is 4 on all of them. Look at the radio
It's labeled which one it is I don't have mine in front of me to see it. Throttle is either t3 or t4

Take it to 200 for the fastest rate change.

I actually did that, I am just use to my 9 cap that does 6 clicks, (I thought it was 4) but for turbines 200 is best on the FGH
Thanks
