Hi Damiano.

What an amazing paint job. That must have taken many hours to complete?
Nice landing as well

Paul.

Gorgeous airplane, Damiano. Did I see evidence of vectored thrust? It's kind of hard to see in the video.

And I'm jealous of your flying site.

Thank you paul and mitchilito,

many hours to paint but....not from me. Pirotti paints it. He is an artist, no doubt!!!
I sent him some picture(of a car) and this is the result!

Mitchilito, vector trust installed but this was the first time that I use it. If you come in Italy you are welcome!!!

Awesome job. I would guess inspired by Jeff Koons M3. Only know of it because of a car game I play on Xbox360 with my son...

...had thought about reskinning my Futura in that scheme but thought vinyl might be less effort.

Hi Damiano,

your Tuono looks the nuts! Was it painted by Mr. Pirotti himself?

I owned two Tuonos from Pirotti, but ended selling both.

First one was a unfinished all composite kit. I sold that one because
if very poor quality in therm of parts fitting.

I really loved the shape if the Tuono, so i ordered another one on
on Jetpower fair. But this time i ordered the Model painted and basicly build.
Delivery was sheduled 2 month after Jetpower fair.
Tuono arrived 6 month later, paintjob looked very good first place. But when handling the
Tuono during the build, more and more paintchips just chipped off the surface :-(((
It seemed the skin was not skuffed enough, or not cleaned good.
I was very unhappy, but i received a refund from Mauro so it was OK for me.
After the Tuono was finished i sold that one too!

Cheers

Thomas

Don't let my wife hear you say that! She's been bugging me to visit Italy for years. . . .
