Default Older radio compliance?

Hi There is some concern that my older radio (FP-T7UHF) is compliant with the narrowband standard that went into effect around 98. The hobby shop said the problem was with the AM band, some others aren't so sure. Could you clear this up for me.

Thanks

Hi WJC,

Your 7UHF, is an FM transmitter. If the module in the back is still the original one that came with the system, you are fine. All FM/PCM systems were made narrow so there is no need to worry.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,
Krysta
