You would need a set of bionic eyes to keep up with it. Not to mention at just over 820 feet per second, how long would it take to fly out of range?

Easy way to keep track of it and make up the speed, go strait up, then come strait down

no, after the plane (missile) in question has gone far enough to accelerate to 750+ mph then its no linger guided :-)

Hey, now I know what happened to my Patriot that dissappeard after going into a nose dive a few years ago. Probably ended up under tons of ice that will someday be Central Kansas.

here you go, Mach 1.6
send the 747 back and let the brother have to competition to fly the wingspan of it! sobering thought. just 100 years. well less than that if you go to the first 747

When I was in the navy onboard the Enterprise they turned a full size F14 Tomcat into a RC plane, the pilot was along for the ride. So I guess it has been done, a really expensive rc plane.

i dont know but has anyone tried the whole strapping rockets to their wings thing?
i think that would be a step in the correct direction

i saw someone put 8 model rockets on their high wing trainer once, but they had to go to idle cuz it would have overrevd too far, but then 2 of them didn't fire so when he tried to land it went off, then circled, came down, brought it in and the last one fired, straight into the corn behind us. plus he had to rewrap the WHOLE wing
