I'm all for the LHS, but when I stop by and need three of these they have only one, and two of those, they are out but can order it. I think I will stop at my LHS and give a list. Call me when it is in. I think this would be the best thing to do. How don't know how they survive.

Bevo, call them and have them order it, if they can't have it here in a good amount of time, theres always tower. They are the supplier of monokote so if anyone has the best price on it, its them.
I have a shop I can order here from, but they don't stock RC and it is a bigger pain to order it through them most of the time. I have tried many times, but they are more interested in cars and trains. Bummer.

I looked on the Tower web site and didn't find Monokote. I figured I screwed up and would rather support the LHS anyway. I got disgusted is what happened. Getting supplies use to be a lot easier. What is the deal with K/B Epoxy? I heard Don Weitz was running that show now, and they were coming up with a new epoxy paint. The original was a perfect match for Monokote.

K & B quit making paint a long time ago. Was really a shame. Someone else (can't remember who) put some out for a while, but quit. I hear K & B is doing some again, but I haven't seen it. Used to be the best there is. Bummer that they quit.
Any more, I just go to the auto paint store with a sample on some scrap wood and have them match it and put it in a rattle can. Have never had a miss yet. Good stuff.
