Had a misfortune with a leaky fuel tank that flooded the Rx and caused me to lose a new Sig Rascal .40 on it's maiden flight.
When I got home I removed the cover from the receiver and washed it in denatured alcohol then blow dried it with an air hose.
Can I trust this receiver or should I throw it out???

It's hard to tell. Fuel-soaked receivers can be easily damaged by the nitromethane in the fuel, which is an active solvent. We've seen receivers with fuel residue in them that just could not be trusted. If you heavily-test your receiver and feel confident to use it, then it's up to you, but we'll have to say that we'd not be very trusting of a receiver that got a good dose of fuel.
