PCM with Pilot Assist 2

I was reviewing the FAQs on the Futaba web page. The PCM with PA-2 idea really has me interested. I just bought my first gas airplane and was thinking about using this as a part of my on-board system. I run a 6XAS and will be upgrading my Rx soon to PCM.
My question: With PCM, if another radio is switched on and transmits on the same channel (so there are 2 radios transmiting on the same channel) will the PCM fail safe take over? Am I correct to assume that with the PA-2 and PCM there may be enough time to take action and save the plane?
Thank you,
Jeff M.

If a PCM receiver gets ANY bad signal, it goes into lockout then failsafe. This means outside intreference from pagers, other RC transmitters on the same channel, atmospheric inteference, UFO's and so on and so on.
With the PA-2 connected per the FAQ, your airplane will go into level flight.
