A proper mode change involves changes to the hardware as well as software. It involves a complete reset of the processor and alignment of the stick travel limits. It's best done by an authorized service center.

Hi saxser,

The easiest way to change in the 9ZWC2, is to go into your function screen and change stick positions there. That is the great thing about the 9Z series is the ability to change the function of any sticks or switches. You will then just need to switch from Acro to Heli mode in the programming.

You will still have the left stick ratcheted if you have the Air version, but you can send this in to be switched over to the non-ratcheted version if you prefer.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,
Krysta
