Just picked up a Futaba T4YF trasmitter box to replace a 4 channel Conquest that decided not to do it's job anymore (No worries only the landing gear was damaged). Anyway I've installed the antenna, the crystal, and the battery in the new box and everything works great. Unfortunately I did not get the instruction manual for the box. BOTH the red and green LED's stay on when the power is on. I would ASS/U/ME that means no/go????? I've checked the TX battery voltage 11.4 unloaded 11.0 Loaded. I've charged the battery all day and that red light stays on??? I'll call the hobby shop later but is that normal? Also if the red light does determine NO/GO what is the voltage reading it's waiting for????
Thanks for answering

Hi B,
When you power up the 4YF you should see both the red and the green LED's on, if the red LED starts flashing, it means that the voltage has dropped to an unsafe level.
We hope to have the 4YF manual online soon so that it can be downloaded by our customers.
I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.
