Polyswitch for 9Z?

I was wonderding if the polyswitch which replaces the diode in some Futaba radios can be installed in the 9Z. I would like to peak charge and cycle without removing the battery, thanks.

Hi Ralph,
No, the 9Z cannot use the Polyswitch, as the 9Z's battery is self contained. What you are wanting is the Battery Discharge Connector, HSP78050, which you can purchase through your local hobby store. This connects to the battery itself and allows you to cycle the battery outside of the transmitter.
