Default HPI MT2 bodies

Does anyone know if the HPI 69 charger body will fit on a MT2?

Are there any car type bodies that fit? I read on the big MT2 post that the cuda one would...

I don't know, but isn't that Charger body for the Savage? I'm sure those two trucks are definitely different in their size, since one is a 1/8 scale monster truck and the other a 1/10 scale stadium truck.

I sure would like to know though; I've got an MT2 and though I do like the stock body, I want something different than everyone else.

I was asking because Grantothismo on page 78 of the big HPI MT2 thread posted this picture of his car [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/upfiles/92298/Sn41397.jpg]Grantothismo Cuda[/link]

I looks pretty sweet and on tower it says it is for a Savage too, according to his post it fits w/o any body mods needed. But from reading his post again I gather it is just a lucky fit...

Oh well are there any muscle car type bodies out there for 1/10 scale stadium trucks?

I don't think, proportionally, that looks right in my opinion. The body just looks too big, and it doesn't suit my liking. Nothing personal, and I've seen that picture before, and I didn't like it. Still a cool body though.

I've seen a Baja Bug body mounted on one before, and it looks rather stupid as well. I've also seen the El Camino body for the T-Maxx/Savage on one and it looks completely out of proportion.

The Dodge Ram and Chevy Silverado bodies look quite nice on it though. I'm probably going to get one of them sometime.

Obviously some people like car bodies on stadium trucks.. he wasnt asking for opinions, just if it would fit and Grantothismo has proved it does...

I haven't seen the red one either. I actually like the red one Gran, nice job! It looks more proportional in those pictures to me than the green one does and I like the Charger (as a car in general) better than the Cuda.

I hope I didn't offend you; that is not what I meant! It was just my personal opinion.

That's what forums are for, right?

Jamxx:

I also have the Dodge body as well. The one nice thing about the Savage bodies are that they are made from a thicker lexan and can really take a beating.

I love painting the bodies. I find almost as much fun as running them.

Gran
