Where is the piston and sleeve the for dtx .18 engine?....and what engine did you guys reccomend for the Nitro Evader?

you're warrantied up to 2 years on your engine. This INCLUDES normal wear and tear. If its under 2 years and you have a recepit, send it in and they will replace the motor and/or piston & sleeve for free.. all you pay is the shipping.

ya yoster u did that when your manifold fell off in watter and dirt got in and scratched your sleave up i member that that was a wile ago

Yeah i did, thank goodness thats over with.

One thing tho, make SURE your engine needs a new piston and sleeve before you send it in. If they try it out and it works just fine, they're not going to replace anything.. they'll just send it back. In my case, they didn't even need to start it because you could easily see the scratches in the sleeve, so they just replaced it all.

That is the one you need... You can find new traxxas pro .15 piston/sleeve set for 20 bucks.
One reason it is so cheap is because instead of ABC construction, it is ABN...

Its uunder warranyty but it doesnt NEED to be replaced but i messed upo on break in and stuff so i dunno i dont feel like waiting 6 weeks for Hobby Services to day it doesnt need to be repalced you know?
