I think you can get the CEN stadium truck for under that.. its a nice truck and 2-speed if you're into that.

www.hobbytron.com has the CEN ST for 249$ RTR.

The XTM is pretty nice for the money. I had one and raced it and with a little messing around was very competitive. Parts are cheap to buy to. I posted a pic of my truck and where I raced it at.

Does the CEN on hobbytron come with a remote? (yes i no its a dumb question)

Get a HPI Nitro Rush Evolution or a RC10GT. The rush evo has a very powerful .15 engine in it. And HPI Is good about sending you replacement parts for free if they brake under your warrenty. So far ive had the fly wheel and the exhaust header replace free of cost becasue of defects.

I would go with the X-C only because I have one and love it but the others mentioned for nice also, it depends on what you want.
