A belated welcome to the site. I agree, the GT is an awesome truck. I've only been running mine for about 5 months now and have never been able to race it, but am enjoying every minute of bashing it(when I haven't broken it by running it into something and broken parts, then I have to wait at least a week or more to get the part).

Been running mine since 01 and replaced every part on the truck atleast once. Its a hell of a good truck, durable, and easy to maintain. Only reason why Ive broken so many parts is because they get worn out from my driving.

the gt is awesome. i've been bashing mine (never raced) for 6 yrs. i've replaced everything at least once (or 3 or 4 times). i'm REALLY rough on it tho. i've custom painted all the bodies over the years and i like fixing the truck almost as much as destroying it. i'm always looking for a new challenge and hope to get some pics/vids of my shenanigans up soon (2nd story roof jump, 30' canal jump, etc.). yeah, it gets alot of abuse but if you didn't break it, you didn't have fun!!!

My GT's been a great truck, but it's been relegated to bashing duty since the purchase of my XXXNT.
however, my NT will probably never be a basher...considering that my GT is quite a bit tougher...although the 12TR will eventually find its way into the GT when I do somethin about the mill in the NT.
