my friend gave me a cvec pipe without stingers. can i use it without stingers or will it mess up my motor? thanks!

Ive never heard of such a thing but I dont see how it would work. Its gonna want to release that pressure and oil and the only place for it to go is back into your fuel tank. Does it have a exit hole and just not a stinger sticking out from it? If thats the case then yes that will work. It will just be messy and probably a little louder.
