Default xxx-nt carbon fiber chassie

has anyone tried a carbon fiber chassie on a xxx-nt . Do they hold up on the track? I've never ran one on a nitro car/truck and i'm not sure it can handle a nitro motor....
If you have one let me know how its holding up..

heres a link of one

Personally, I'm not a fan of carbon fibre or graphite chassis plates for nitro vehicles. The stock aluminum chassis helps disipate heat much better than a graphite or carbon fibre chassis will. With this being said, the weight savings might be worth it. Also, the stock aluminum chassis will tweek over time from minor incidents whereas the carbon fibre chassis will remain as true as the day it was made. If you're a serious racer, go for it. Otherwise, buy a couple of gallons of fuel instead.
