Default mt2 2-Speed

I have three questions...
Do any of you have a 2-speed on your mt2? How does is hold up off and on road?
Do any of you have a carbon graphite upper deck? How does it hold up off and on road?
Which of the two should i get first?
BTW I have a MT 18ss with a OS .18cv-r in it.

thanks.

Team A:

What are you hoping to get out of the truck?

What I mean is the top chassis brace is great. I have it and it ties the front and rear diffs together and lowers the battery pack on the chassis lowering center of gravity. This is a great, but if your are just bashing it is not needed, but if you race it somewhere it is a must need.

The 2 speed, I have heard of people putting in, but with the OS 18 I don't know if you need it. The thing has such lowend grunt I don't know if you gain much, try a higher tooth pinion first and see if you get the results you are looking for. Cheaper too.

Grantothismo :

Thanks so much for the reply
I dont want more bottom end... i am going to get the 2-speed for the nitro 3 and buy a 49t and a 46t spurs and then buy a 14/17 or 15/18 clutchbell.
the two speed for the mt costs 69.99 and the one for the nitro 3 costs 52.99 so its even goiing to be cheaper.
I have already great accel what i want is more top end, the mt2 really gets low when you take the spacers off and on the street i can take corners full speed with out flipping, this truck is so versitile... i love it

thanks.
