If the glow stick is not fully dead does it hurt it to put it on the charger again? I charged it for the 14 hours but only used it about 6 times. I have a race this weekend and want recharge it. Will it screw the battery up?

You're not going to screw it up. If it is a Ni-cad you may leave a memory, but you won't screw it up. To clear the memory you will just have to give it a good discharge at some point. I would suggest just going out and getting a nice long lastin gNiMH cell to pop in your glow ignitor. If it is an NiMH already, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

ya i got a nicad charger to but i just charge it for a like a hr or so to top it off then i check it with my volt meter if its past a point i recharge it i hardly let it die so if i were to discharge it will it make the batt better cause i charge it alot when its kinda full

No I'm not talking about the big connector thingy you are talking about lol. I am talking a Nickel Metal Hydride battery. NiMH. Basically it is a rechargable frequently used in RC that does not hold a memory. Chances are you can just swap the Ni-cad out for a NiMH Sub C for like $6. The NiMH will probably last much longer as well. If you got any more questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for clearing that up. I like the compact idea of the stick. The other thing i was talking about seems to be to bulky to be running around with.

Will the NICAD glow plug warmer charger work with an NIMH battery installed in the glow plug warmer? Are all nicad/nimh chargers interchangeable like that? I'd make a switch to a NIMH sub-c cell if someone can confirm that the charger will work fine and i won't burn down my house...

Go ahead and charge it up. Don't worry about memory. Memory really only comes into play when you charge from the same discharge point every time. Something like a glow ignitor doesn't really have this problem. Keep using and charging it however you want until the battery won't hold a charge anymore, THEN replace it with a NIMH.
Replacing it with a NIMH now will give you more use per charge, but no other benefits.
Your current charger sounds like trickle charger so it should recharge a NIMH fine. If it's designed for a nicad it may take a long time to charge a higher capacity NIMH

my brother has a nicad peak charger, but a NIMH battery pack, is he alright to use them together?
