Not all at once now guys! ok... so, how much would a new gear diff cost him? His RC10GT is a money pit. He takes awesesome care of it, but its just a grade A POS. So does anybody know about the outdrive compression sleve sizes? Or how much a new gear diff would cost?

Is [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXXH02&P=Z]THIS[/link] what you're talking about? This is the friction discs, spring, plastic keeper w/nut, and the diff balls that go around the screw. Seems funny they don't include the friction balls shown in [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXXH01&P=Z]THIS PIC.[/link]

I have no idea what you are talking about?? Is the sleeve you are asking the plates? just get the rebuild kit and rebuild it.
My GT is an oldie that has been convert into a FT and then with T4 mods. It still had the same rear diff till today. This thing has been tough for me.
