I'm just figuring out this nitro stuff, except today I flooded the engine because my Glow Starter sucks and always pops off...are there any nice ones that lock on solid for not too much $$$??? Also and the most annoying:

No Matter how the throttle trim is adjusted, it will still roll at least 3 mph when started and when i hold back on the trigger it will slow down to a slow roll but still wont stop!! No reverse either?? I'm confused about this.

There is a Dynamite glowstarter that I have it really locks on solid. About your slow rolling problem. I have an evader and it is pretty much the same I just noticed that my throttle lever that is connected to my carb was out of line is comparison with my carb. It was a little to open so I tightened the screw below and it works. I bet thats a little hard to understand. If you dont understand just ask me.

A few things:
Your idle adjustment could be out too far or the throttle linkage isn't set properly.
