Hi, i have a vh-x5 buggy 1/10 scale, which is the same as a smartech speedy tiger but its 2 speed.Wher can i get parts for this car,as my spur gear and second gear have stripped completely, and no hobby stores, ebay or anywhere i can find sells these parts and delivers to Victoria, Australia. The old pnline store where i got parts from has stopped ordering parts.
So anyone know where i can possibly get this spur gear and second gear from??
Thanks Nathan.

I got my parts from excelhobby, they ship from NY and quick, got to FL in 2 days, even before they took payment out of my account! Here is the link: http://www.excelhobby.com/excel_hobby_001.htm
Good luck, by the way, I wouldn't spend too much money on the smartech, its a good buggy to start off with but I soon saw how they really don't compare to some other buggies out there. For bashing around the yard, they're great. Not for the track though.

I use to order parts from a site called rcarmax or something like that...Every run my car broke and it got really anoying ended up spending $150+ on my smartech speedy tiger so thought it was time to give it up...I bought a savage x mt to bash with and its great!!been jumping 5-8 foot high with it for a couple months now and only ever broke one a-arm which is a $10 replacement on ebay!! The mt itself might be expensive but atleast it does not break. Just my 2 cents...

Sorry, its a bit to much trouble for me,seeing that you live in Australia.Postage use to cost about $5 us for me but you live in Australia and i dont think they ship to you. When i ship to Australia it will cost even more, and i dont really want to be responsible if it gets lost along the way.
Thanks Tom
