where i live there are no local hobbie shops and i need street tires. i know how to make drift tires but does any one know how to make street tires

you buy them, there are plenty of stores on the net that will sell them and ship them to you

yea i know i can buy them online but i wanted to know if there is any way of making them

For drift tires, buy some regular rims and put pvc pipe on them...or just grind the bead off the rim and whaalaaa...drift tires!!

Cost about $40 to replace,

Stick to PVC or ABS,

is their any way to make tires have traction so i wont drift because i already know how to make drift tires

Street tires are very difficult to build, do you wana mold the rubber?? Probably not, if you want to you can cut your off-road spikes off and thats as close as you can get...

I tried electrical tape, pretty sweet, but to make it slick all the time, you constantly have to keep adding tape, and it kind of messes up your tires.

is there anywhere where you can buy on road 1/8 tires? 17mm hex? I want some for my hyper 7

ooh cool, it works? I can imagine how that would mess up your tires, lmao, i had electrical tape on my bike grips and they turned all sticky, but you can probably fix that by running that car in sand for a few minutes, then go on water and repeat again and whala! this should work, haven’t tried it though.
