how do i make street tires

where i live there are no local hobbie shops and i need street tires. i know how to make drift tires but does any one know how to make street tires

For drift tires, buy some regular rims and put pvc pipe on them...or just grind the bead off the rim and whaalaaa...drift tires!!

Street tires are very difficult to build, do you wana mold the rubber?? Probably not, if you want to you can cut your off-road spikes off and thats as close as you can get...

I tried electrical tape, pretty sweet, but to make it slick all the time, you constantly have to keep adding tape, and it kind of messes up your tires.
