Default what to go for?

I am just getting into the RC car part, and i was wondering what i should go with a RC truck, buggie or like a car meant for racing on pavement and stuff. Like i like to go off jumps and all but i like going fast and drifting. So bascially i want something fast and durable with a good price range.

If you want to do a little bit of jumping and drifting consider a buggy, truggy or stadium truck. They are a nice compromise of street performance and suspension travel required to land a jump. The Traxxas Rustler is a great RTR to start out with. Lots RC'rs got their start with it.

Thank guys, yea that one sounds like it would hold up better for my jumps and drifting. This is the one i would probably go with then Traxxas Rustler XL-5 RTR.
