Digital. Metal Geared. 200 oz/in torque. .15 sec transit time or less. 115 US Dollars can get you this performance at 6volts.
Note: your question would get more responses if you posted your budget. Servos range from 25 - 225 US dollars.

The Airtronics 94358Z is a perfect choice. 200 oz-in, and .1 sec transit time.While your at it, if you havent already you need to get a 6v nimh RX pack.
