Default Looking to buy?

Im new to the nitro Rc game, and im looking to get my feet wet. I dont want to spend a whole lot of money, because i want to be sure its something ill use enough to merit the costs. Im trying to stay around 200 dollar range to get going. Ive checked ebay and theres endless choices. Ive been thinking of [link=http://cgi.ebay.com/HIMOTO-RC-R-C-1-10-4WD-NITRO-GAS-OFF-ROAD-TRUCK-NEW_W0QQitemZ250094848276QQcategoryZ44029QQrdZ1QQc mdZViewItem]truck[/link]

or maybe http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-TRUGGY-4WD-R...QQcmdZViewItem

I would rather go truck i think, but would truggy handle as good off road? Or is what im looking at just a waste of money, and if so, are there any $200 range set ups worth buying?? Any help would be appreciated.

Well is there a preference on nitro or electric? Check out traxxas.com there great started r/cs and they can be competitive also. Oh and there pretty cheap and durable.

You might consider one of the 18th scale nitros they've got out now. It might be a little easier to start with something smaller.

This is a decent starter truck and with EZ pay won't soak you all at once.

I bought one for my wife so she could enjoy the sport too and it gives us something to do together, she loves it and she can do everything by herself.

You could also try for a RC10GT on ebay. I see them go rtr for less than 200 and they are pretty good trucks.
