Default bodies online in aus

hey guys

im new to this page,

i live in australia and want to buy a vy commodore ute/ malloo ute shell to put onto my monster truck i just bought of ebay to play with when not working on my show car

this is what i bought

Brand New Hi-Speed 1/10 Nitro/Gas Tyrannosaurus Monster Truck Model 94108

has anyone used seen these as i am not familier with brand but seams to go ok from the few times ive had time to use it... can you mod these anywhere and with what parts.

once i get the shell there will be a far out paint job with a few mods to make its suspention flex abit more as well as trying to slow/gear down to control more at lower speeds

this is my show car and the standard i plan to build the truck up to

as well as a pic of the truck i have bought

MT's like that one are manufatured in a chinese factory, and then sold by companies as Hi-Speed, Himoto, RedCat, under different names, like Tyrannosaurus, Volcano, Eldorada. That truck will break down after 5 minutes of play. If you're getting it cheap, the money you save, you'll spend on fixing it! And more!

It will strip gears ALL the time! There's a thread in the RedCat forum especially for the stripping gears problem. Imagine how many people have that problem. The clutch bell will simply come apart one day. Why? Because it's CHEAP!

I'm sorry, but unless you're driving that monster truck down a STRAIGHT and CLEAN road, you'll be having problems all the time. That truck was my first, and worst buy, and I wish I could go back to the past and save myself some money, and a huge load of trouble coming from that truck.

That thing almost got me to hate the hobby [:@] Now I have a Revo 3.3, and it's all good
