Bonjour Foxy42,

Hey rockdude. He is using an online translator to write. His problem (which is written in french, so no surprise you missed it), requires someone to help him communicate directly with someone. That's why the translators aren't cutting it...

I bought spare parts for my T-Maxx by Internet in a store in Texas. One of these details is defective. I sent back it in Texas for an exchange. The person in charge of the store says to me that it is the dispute which it is necessary to treat(handle) with the factory.

to understand indeed,
1 - There is a retailer to whom I bought the detail.
2 - There is a creator who imagined the detail.
3 - There is a factory which makes the detail.

I useful a translation software to draft my messages, I know how to read English, but not do not speak about English.
Then I look for an American in the USA which speaks French and to whom I shall explain this dispute and which could be my intermediary with this supplier.

Now, I believe that you know my problem.
