Default Problems with 2COOLRC & FastLaneMachine

Hello to you,

I live near Paris in France. I bought T-Maxx 2.5 in June, 2005. Since I replaced some details.

In October, 2006 I discovered 2COOLRC.
I ordered the following references for my T-Maxx:
- FLM17500 Front bulk/diff hybrid (1 set)
- FLM18500 Rear bulk/diff hybrid (1set)
- FLM13010Diff cup (2 set)
- FF070 Rubber sealed bearing kit for T-Maxx (1set)
- T3635red Shoe cluth/Flywheel kit (1set)
- TBTM01 T-Bonz (2 set)
- TBTM02 T-Maxx center drive T-Bonz (1 set)
- RDLTMX-032 HD Bumpers (F&R) (1 set)

For 414 $ total amount.

At the time of the order I had the confirmation that all the details were available. I thus asked for an authorization to my bank to make a payment secured with my credit card.

I received details 6 weeks later. Indeed, contrary to what had been announced to me, a bulk was not available to 2COOLRC.

Delighted to receive for what I waited since a long moment, I begin the assembly of my T-Maxx. I took up the back bulk. Then the bulk before, and the universal joints of the central transmission.
There, I had one problems. The universal joint enters the exit of the gearbox was not free and turned with great difficulty. I believed that it was too long.

I made photos. I explained this problem of assembly in 2COOLRC. Really, I did not understand what took place. 2COOLRC? A shorter universal joint tells me to have asked to their supplier to manufacture.

In brief, the time passes. One day I find and I buy on E-Bay a shorter universal joint of 3 mm.
I resume the assembly of T-Maxx.

And there, big surprise, at the time of taking up the plate of protection before, I notice that the holes of fixation of this plate do not meet themselves in front of the holes of the bulk where screw saw them of the plate.

When I began to work, I was a technician in a center of military armament. Now I work for the publicity. I thus have appeal to my technician's souvenirs, and I fast discovered that there was a defect of manufacturing on the bulk FLM17500.

I send several messages and photos with 2COOLRC and Fast Lane Machine to explain this error of manufacturing. An exchange of detail was advisable.

On January 22nd I dismiss the bulk bad in 2COOLRC. 2COOLRC receives it on March 19th and sends it to Fast Lane Machine.

Since I have no more news, either of the one, or the other one. More answer to my last messages.

THEN, I am very disappointed by such a behavior. I do not understand.

The bulk in question presents a real manufacturing defect which hampers in the good assembly and in the good functioning of T-Maxx. By indicating it in 2COOLRC and to Fast Lane they should take into account it and pay attention on the next deliveries for this details.

On a French forum, I was in touch with one person who had met the same defect.
On my bulk, the distance between the holes of the plate and those of the bulk is 4 mm, on his, this distance is 1 mm only.

Then today, I wait that 2COOLRC or Fast Lane Machine sends me a correctly manufactured BULK FLM17500. Or while they say to me that they have of it to make nothing and that I go be done.

Mon T-Maxx is sad, and I am disappointed.

Then if the one of you wants to help me to find an honorable exit in this situation, he is welcome and I deeply thank him.
Please have taken time to read my misfortune!!

Denis
