axial .32 comes tomorrow

my axial .32 is coming tomorrow and i was curious what break in everyone reccomends.I am sure the motor comes with instrucions but theres always a better way.any input would be great,thanks

Heat cycle is best per se, but you can't hurt it doing the break-in Axial recommends.[8D]
