Well I finally broke something major the front shock shaft snapped and one of the plastic eyelets broke in the rear. I know that there are replacement parts to fix these items but when some thing breaks I would like to upgrade. So what shock upgrades do you recommend stock,aluminum threaded,some type of resovor shock and what brand thanks luke.

I run and like the LST shocks, To use them though you need to get a mounting adapter for them and the older style a-arms.

I also have the HPI aluminum threaded but the LST's are my favorite. Stay away from resevoir style shocks.

LST all the way, the action is really smooth and they just look so damn cool.

What mods are needed for the lst shocks to fit a new savage -x.. Whats the issue that the resovor shocks have they sure look killer..

For the LST shocks you need this kit: http://www.innovative-rc.com/product...roducts_id=130 but you need savage 25 lower arms because the X arms dont have the second hole for mounting shocks.

Can't you just make a second hole?
