Don't get Integy they are made of a very weak alloy, and all Integy parts have a very bad reputation. Ask anyone. Stick with stock shocks or go with something like LST shocks.

yea intengy parts are junk.
i had the fuel tank guard on my savage for like 10 minutes and it got ripped off from
the mounting plate. mind you i didn`t hit anything. i was just jumping and landing
on all fours tires. i saw this thing roll away and it was the guard.

Agreed, The integy shocks are not good at all for the savage. And they WILL NOT support them in any way. Even dealers have trouble
Go with the HPI Threaded Performance shocks. These are the best ones that i have installed on my savage, and still running strong (use plumbing tape on the cap)
Part num HPIA712

Hope this helps

Yes. Unless looking nice is really important, I'd stick with the stock's because they will not break as easy. The aluminum ones cannot flex with the rest of the savage, and will snap on intense jumps.

The nice thing about the stock HPI Savage shocks over the Integies is that they are cheap but just as strong as the alum Integies. You bend the Integies, and you have to drop nealy $80 for a new set of 8! The stock plastic shocks? You can replace all 8 for as little as $20 on-line!
