Default Modded Nova n528

Purchased a nova n528xr modded by ceo power mods from amain hobbies. After paying for it ...i recieved an email stating that the engine is out of stock and they will email me once they get some instock. Kinda excited to get a NOVA finally. SHould be a screamer in my savvy specially with the 3 speed. also this gives me some time to get my savvy back in action. IM gonna race it....looking for tires, prob go with the HPI nubz....i used them before and i like them alot. And also a Chassis from chronic. Will post some pics when i get the engine and shortly after that a vid with it in my savvy. btw im pissed about how they charged me the $400+ w/o even giving me a date on when ill get it. DAMN YOU AMAIN!!!! now all i need is a motor for my lst, my lst should be here this week(prob a LRP spec 3) and wanted to do a BB upgrade on my revo.(picco .28) prob this wont happen...cuz i hate my revo. everyone elses revos are fine...but mine blows.

very good engine choice but if a main doesnt have it right now i would ask for a refund and buy the RB modded 528XR.............trust me that is the best engine modder on the market right now

Well I have now run several of my motors against the RB counterparts... so dont be making such bold statements when you have never seen what some other modders can do...My STS 30 absolutely smokes the RB modded STS 30, and my 30 also smoked a RB modded 928.... I am not talking a narrow margin here either.... AB mods has a X-Dyno coming and I would put any of my motors against anyone else's modded versions any day of the week.....If your interested, send your RB Picco in to be tested beside my Picco 28, the results will definitely change your outlook..not looking to start a fight, but i definiutely dont agree RB is the best modder, he is good but does pretty generic mods, i never see any port cutting or shaping on any of his motors....

Show me the inside of your picco 28 id love to see it...........ive seen a few modded 528's ive seen the RB, EB, HOT MODDS, and MAXI'S and out of those 4 the best i saw was the RB modded i could be wrong there could be better but i just havent seen it..............so i stand corrected!!!

Either way get your money back or tell them to give you a diffrent one...............also dont really look into the HOTMODDS one i knew 4 diffrent people with hot modded rossi's and for some reson by the 2 gallon they would start eating up plug left and right.............this happen to all 4 people i know they got pist and ebayed the motors and get diffrent one's......

SUBERTIB im always open to new ideas i have at the moment 3 novoarrossi 528s 2 brand new and one with less than a gallon on it and i wanna get them modded who would you recomend??? i also have a mega 21 onroad that i what to modd to.............who would you suggest ?

I suggest supertib for the modding, probably one of the best engine modders out there now. He is for sure at the top.

a Hot Mod nova is almost 100% bone stock, even onthe dyno the Hot Mod motor made no more power then stock... There are many different ways to skin a cat, as there there are ways to mod a motor... Most modders limit their work to the basic flow mods with some minor timing added to the crank... And for the $$$ they charge they are supplying a good product.. I specialize in some more in depth engine mods, and spend upwards of 15 hours on one motor... I do alot more then cut some pretty grooves on the sleeve, i actualy go and re-map the engines timing and port shape with a goal of making the absolute most powerful engine possible....I can do a typical race mod like all the other modders, but i much prefer to aim towards the HP junkies and people who want the baddest fastet motor possible... My prices also reflect the level and amount of work i do, as i charge quite a bit more then the typical modder, and I do a very limited number of engines.....if you wish to see some of my work PM me and I can arrange to send you some pics.... If your after all out power, i likely can deliver what others may not be able too.
