HPI response time?

sent an email through the HPI web site, regarding serious radio issues with a brand new 'X'. I know the site states emails will be answered in the order they are received, blah, blah, blah... just wondering what other's response times have been.

Callingthem is the best way to guarantee a repsonce... I sent them an email and waited for 3 weeks, I decided to call them and got my parts. I never got the email....
Just give them a call, I doubt they will put you on hold, only on saturdays[8D] Good luck! Tom. BTW Welcome to the forums!!!

maybe I'll call them to see if there is something they could do with the junk that came with the truck...

I emailed them months ago...I think 3 months now.....and I still haven't gotten a response. HPI's customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering they are a big player in this hobby. [8D]

cured it myself. too bad it cost an additional $200.00 to make a brand-new $400.00 truck work.[:@]

I've always get through on the phone. I was waiting for a shop to get a Hot Bodies GT10 shock tower for about 3 weeks. I called
HPI to see if I could buy one directly. They said they couldn't sell me one, but that they could GIVE me a set! It was here
in less than a week, and the front and rear towers are identical.
