Default first track experience

Went to the local track for the first time today. I had alot of fun. Running on a track is totally different than just bashing. My rear diff finally went luckily I bought the X SS diff's as spares. But it was a blast. Just wanted to share my experience today

I am fortunate that the track is just a couple miles down the road.

I like the sts .28 has a ton of power and holds a good tune. I know there are people that had bad experiences with the sts brand but so far I can't complain.

I wish I had a track, my LHS was planning on building one about a mile from my house but so far I was talking to them today and he just shook his head....[] They built a really nice on road track last summer and I would expect nothing less, I really hope this project goes into motion. Plus I would love to put my STS .30 to the test against the local racers[>:]

I was with him today and it was a blast! The track is behind a church and we had a few beers in the parking lot before running. That's not a sin? Anyways, we will have to due it again as long as that savage can hold it together!

Racing would be fun but I don't want to turn into these other guys that were at the track. They were constantly chasing temps and making adjustments to everything. I check my motor once and as long as it's at a good temp I just beat the crap out of it! Of course, I give it a once over before filling it back up but that is it. I came to play!

Oh yeah new pic of HT exhaust my friend just gave me! Thanks Mac

Also time to do some cleaning...
