The Oil Creek Flyer's (AMA Chartered Club 4799)
Located in beautiful Northwestern Pennsylvania at the Titusville Municipal Airport Titusville Pennsylvania

Titusville is located equidistant from Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Buffalo

The airport will be closed to full scale aircraft from 9:00AM to 6:00PM
The airport features a 4900 x 75 foot paved runway with generous clear over fly areas.
Jet A is available on site
AMA and Turbine waivers are required, open to all jet aircraft.
This is a Jet Flyer's event, no noon time shows, just plenty of all out jet flying.
Turbine waiver flights by arrangement.
Landing fee is $10.00

From Buffalo Take I 90 West to PA Exit 41 onto PA 89, South on 89 to Wattsburg and pick up Route 8 through Union City, to Titusville at Titusville take Route 27 to Airport, see map. It is 47 miles from I 90 Exit 41 to the airport.
It is 77 miles if you go to Meadville (I 79 exit 149) and then over Route 27 to the Airport.

I would like to bring bungee launched EDF to fly too.

Yes the grass is cut short. It is actually where the prop guys fly. This makes a great spot to ditch if you have a gear failure.

Just returned from Titusville. Logged another 8 flights on my A-4 today (36 total). Not sure of the address but we would love to see ya there. If anyone needs any Coleman Powermax, let me know. I have about 14 of the large bottles that I bought this summer but do not need since switching to propane. I'll let them go for $4 a can ($2 less per can that I paid) and can bring them to the meet.

News for the Oct-Turbo Fest from Jack Graham (CD)....


OK Guys, Things are looking up!
Oct-turbo fest this Sat is a GO!
Camping at the Titusville airport is available for Fri and Sat night.
The terminal will be open for its restroom facilities.
The Hanger will be open for power and charging and jet storage.
Jet A is available on the site. Bring your own Oil.
Cliff will be doing a fish fry on Sat night for the pilots; fresh caught Lake Erie Yellow Pike and maybe some perch too?
Fri also looks like a great day to fly too, we can fly; just have to watch for full scale.
Fri night bring your own food and beverage and a lawn chair for the bon fire, the airport has a small BBQ grill that we can use.
Shrimp on the bar-B sounds good to me.
I'm getting pumped up now! Won't be long 'till OCT-TURBO FEST
