Hi all
Can anyone help please? I have a Pat Mccurry L 1011 Tristar kit with the phenolic tube and the main spar missing, if anyone could give me the sizes and a possible source it would be greatly appreciated. I understand that Pat is no longer trading.

Rob, I am at work but will check/measure mine when I get home. It looks like a common tube/spar that I have seen at a local hobby shop. Will post the info tonight. Bob

I just checked mine. It is a 1-1/4" 6061 aluminum tube with the appropriate phenolic sockets.

I know that Nick Ziroli (www.ziroliplans.com) sells tube/spar sets ..... not sure of the sizes though. Bob

Now that you have the size, you might also try TNTLANDINGGEAR.COM. These guys are great to deal with and they sell the Phenolic Tube/Alum tube combos. I ordered one for a lanier laser and had it in short order.
