OK guys,
In my stupidity I mounted my DA-100 mufflers backwards(Exit pipes toward front) when making the cowl cutouts.
Mutha@%^$#, SH%#!!! Turnining the mufflers around would require even more of the cowl be butchered. Sonofafu$%#HBiotch!!!!
OK, I have calmed down now and I am wondering if just leaving it this way is OK? Or will it have a detrimental effect on the engine running it this way?
If anyone can stop laughing long enough to advide me on this I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
MR G

I've stopped laughing, having done nearly similar things..... it's good you kept your sense of humor.
MY *fix* to the situation..... announce to EVERYONE, in a LOUD, PROUD, voice that;
"This is the newest method to mount mufflers to enhance the smoke trail, cool the exhaust, create more scale-sound, and make it look more realistic." (or words to that effect)
NEVER reveal that it was a "mistake"..... not needed!!!!!!!!!!

Put on headers and bottle mufflers. Then add foney/or real, landing lights in the holes. Or little air scoops to cool the header couplings. Make limonade!
